Responsibilities include focusing on increasing a location's overall to new business customers in a designated service area; and hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers in order to conduct goodwill visits. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.
