This role is embedded in the day-to-day of our recruiting operation - partnering directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to move searches forward with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and understands that a strong recruiting process is a direct reflection of the firm. What You'll Do - Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for campus and experienced hire candidates across multiple business lines - Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience
