This is a hybrid opportunity where you'll work a few days a week out of our Concord, CA office. Summary of Position: The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO helping to prioritize initiatives, drive alignment, and ensure follow-through on key strategic objectives. The role combines operational rigor, executive support, communications, and program management to translate priorities into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities Executive Office Leadership - Lead all aspects of CEO office operations, including scheduling, travel, communications, and administrative infrastructure - Ensure seamless execution of daily operations while protecting CEO focus on strategic priorities - Establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability Program & Project Management - Participate in executive leadership meetings to take minutes and assist with driving execution of high-priority initiatives and special projects across the organization - Track deliverables, timelines, and accountability across leadership teams - Manage competing priorities with strong organizational discipline Board & Event Management - Oversee logistics and execution of board meetings, leadership offsites, and corporate events - Manage vendors, budgets, agendas, and communications Executive Communications - Prepare presentations, memos, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO - Support corporate communications and alignment across teams Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as liaison between CEO, ELT, board, and external partners
