What you'll do: IT & Enterprise Technology Leadership - Oversee IT support operations, including service desk and end-user support, ensuring high-quality, responsive service delivery. - Define and drive Ceribell's IT and enterprise software strategy aligned to business goals, scalability, and security. - Partner cross-functionally to translate needs into roadmaps, investment plans, and compliant solutions, while supporting annual planning and budgeting. Enterprise Software & Vendor Strategy - Own the lifecycle of enterprise software, including optimization, implementation, and retirement. - Lead vendor contract negotiations where needed, performance oversight, and ensuring alignment with cost, risk, and service expectations. - Establish governance frameworks for evaluating and approving new tools to minimize sprawl and optimize the tech stack. Operational Excellence - Drive operational processes across IT and enterprise systems, including, system administration and support models and access management and lifecycle processes. - Track key performance metrics to ensure reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
