Advance subject matter expertise of Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems, methods and tools. Coach and mentor others on their strategic activities. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for facilitating, mentoring and coordinating successful Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and workshops. This includes ensuring that both the technical and people aspects are taken into account, incorporating change management strategies. Manage resources to effectively help execute the site/function strategy deployment plans.
