Human Resources Coordinator Rockford, IL, US Overview William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in our Rockford, IL office. This is an onsite position. The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource Department. The focus of this position within the human resource department is to be responsible for the compiling, processing and maintenance of personnel records and to assist in all functions of the human resource department as needed including but not limited to new hire training and recruitment.
