In this role, you will develop detailed job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing basic tasks and providing quality work that supports organizational goals. Key Accountabilities Breakdown Maintenance, preventive Maintenance activities and related documentation. accurate and intime completion of records related to engineering activities. CAPEX project activities and related documentation, raising purchase requests. Procurements of spares, equipment, and maintenance materials in coordination with the procurement team. Training the manpower in maintenance and utilities. Renewal of boiler license, renewal of AMCs, CMCs and calibrations of plant equipment and measuring devices and legal metrology activities like weighing scale stamping. Amending of all plant layouts and utility layouts and approval of the same from authorities wherever applicable. Maintaining the plant, machinery, equipment, measuring devices and critical safety devices as per EHS and FSQR requirements.
