Sales Operations Administrator Rutland, VT, US Position Summary The Sales Operations Administrator provides centralized support focused on supporting the sales operations team's strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with key partners across the organization, the incumbent leads tactical execution for the management of the sales process and sales technology solutions, helping the sales organization run efficiently and effectively. The incumbent champions a unified approach to sales management including sales planning and process across all lines of business and divisions within the organization, with a goal to drive sales growth. Rutland, VT/Hybrid Hiring range: $60,000-$95,000 #INDSJ Key Responsibilities Maintains knowledge of and expertise in Customer Relationship Management software (MS Dynamics 365) and other related sales technology solutions. Works to ensure data capture is accurate and meets business needs, including: Implements sales technology best practices to accurately capture and store data, as well as deploying processes to audit the CRM and other tech solutions on a recurring basis and provide clear feedback to the field teams. Acts as a resource to the team, providing support and guidance and coordinating with relevant internal parties to resolve issues. Leads the set-up of CRM back-end data (e.g., teams, territory, pricing), ensuring data and logic are accurate while also establishing best practices to ensure efficient process management.
