Tax Processing Specialist Portland, ME, US; Bangor, ME, US Overview BerryDunn is currently seeking a Tax Processing Specialist to join our dynamic Tax Services Group. This position provides critical operational support to tax service teams serving a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills for working with both internal colleagues and external clients, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous technical and professional development. The Tax Processing Specialist must be capable of effectively prioritizing daily tasks, working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment to meet deadlines. This is an in-office that may be based out of one of our following locations: Bangor, ME Portland, ME This role reports directly to the Tax Operations Manager . Travel Expectations: None. You Will Print and assemble various types of tax returns-including corporate, partnership, individual, trust, estate, and exempt organization filings. Prepare and deliver finalized tax return packages to clients. Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, and management regarding various tax matters. Monitor and manage client deliverables and due dates. Demonstrate strong teamwork by actively contributing to a collaborative work environment, understanding both individual and team roles, building positive relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback as needed.
