Director of Licensing, Collaborations and Special Projects New York, NY (Corporate) Job Title: Director of Licensing, Collaborations and Special Projects Location: Remote/ Hybrid Compensation: $125k - $135k per year, depending on qualifications Reports to: Chief Executive Officer About the Company CAMP is a Family Experience Company launched in 2018, known for our one-of-a-kind shop/play hybrid experience at physical locations across the country. Each CAMP store features rotating themed experiences where families come to play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. We believe that play connects us all, and at CAMP, play is bigger, bubblier, funnier, fuzzier, slimier, and sillier than anywhere else. What is the Role? This role will lead and drive new business opportunities that will support the overall brand and merchandising strategy through various licensing in and out initiatives; brand, merchandise and retail collaborations; as well as develop IP franchise opportunities and extensions. This person will bring expertise within the licensing and collaborations landscape, a keen understanding of working within a multi-brand, multi-category environment, and a strong rolodex of licensor, licensee and brand collaborator contacts. Will drive all external licensed/merch partner conversations creating synergy between brands, properties, designers and artists along with internal teams. Will seek out new partner opportunities while also managing day-to-day and maintaining current and existing relationships. The goal will be to focus on building up partnerships to offer differentiated product + experiential campaigns across all of CAMP's channels. This person will also bring knowledge and experience in developing new content IP and franchise plans
