Pricing Specialist Indianapolis, IN, USA Pricing Specialist Indianapolis, IN, USA Posted Wednesday, May 6, 2026 PURPOSE: The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Company's pricing systems and SAP contracts to ensure customer receives accurate pricing from order entry through invoicing. This role will interact with Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Credit & Billing, IT (SAP/Pricefx), & Master Data. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enters and updates pricing and contracts in designated systems to ensure customer orders have accurate pricing Communicates customer pricing with sales, customers, and customer service Maintains all pricing documentation according to Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Maintains and improves efficiency of all pricing related data in ERP and other files/databases Supports and implements new pricing systems and/or processes Supports Customer Service requests in a timely manner for price letters, quotes, and contract updates Supports Sales personnel concerning customer quotes/contracts/pricing/invoices, and coaches them on timely and accurate pricing submittals Maintains transfer pricing Troubleshoots pricing discrepancies and system issues Proactively implement changes that may directly impact corporate profitability Assist Billing Department with invoicing controls to ensure accurate pricing Assist Disputes Resolution with pricing issues regarding invoices Investigative and methodical approach to daily work activities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines Complete Invoice Audits and Documents Errors with Root Cause Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with ERP systems and/or Pricing Systems Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office Ability to add,
