As an Analyst, Pricing at RXO, you will respond to customers and sales representatives who have pricing inquiries and provide accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner. This position is based in Charlotte, NC , with a Monday-Thursday in-office and Friday work-from-home schedule. What your day-to-day will look like: Compile, review and execute appropriate pricing strategy; utilize internal and market tools to develop and submit pricing proposals Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO, upload rates to pricing data base Act as liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams Work with carrier procurement and the customer sales team to understand market trends that will aid in the review of pricing proposals Quote sales team on new lanes when requested Maintain a basic understanding of market tools and market trends, including seasonality, industries and factors that impact rates Recommend and implement improvements At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of logistics or transportation experience It'd be great if you also have:
