We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. As a Senior Analyst, Pricing on the RXO Extra team, you'll have both analytical and project management responsibilities. You'll be responsible for working across departments to secure and analyze data to recommend effective pricing strategies. This role is fully on-site and based at our headquarters located at 11215 N Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC. What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain and Update Fuel Card Network Sites Develop Market Pricing Strategies Across National Network of Sites Develop and Maintain Site and Network Performance Analyses for Major Fuel Partners/Merchants Maintain and Update Fuel Card Carrier Databases Prepare and Analyze Various Fuel Card Transaction Reports Develop and Implement New Business Tools to Enhance Margin Growth and Productivity What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of Pricing and/or Analytics Experience Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize and simplify complex ideas into actionable initiatives Fluency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Power BI It'd be great if you also have: Previous experience in Fuel, Transportation and/or Fleet Card
