Maintenance Manager Great Falls, MT, USA Maintenance Manager Great Falls, MT, USA Posted Tuesday, April 14, 2026 PURPOSE: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all maintenance-related activities at the Great Falls Refinery. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective maintenance of refinery assets while supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long‑term asset integrity. As a key member of the refinery leadership team, the Maintenance Manager leads a multi‑disciplinary organization that includes maintenance execution, inspection, reliability, turnarounds, and materials management. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, HSE, and Technical teams to ensure equipment availability, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety & Compliance Lead maintenance activities with an uncompromising commitment to personal and process safety. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, and Calumet safety and environmental standards. Promote a strong safety culture through visible field presence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained. Maintenance Leadership & Execution Provide leadership and direction to Maintenance Supervisors to ensure safe and effective execution of daily and planned maintenance work. Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support refinery reliability. Ensure maintenance activities align with operational priorities and refinery objectives. Drive consistent maintenance planning, scheduling, and work execution discipline. Reliability & Asset Integrity Lead the Reliability and Inspection functions to improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
