Talent Acquisition Specialist Ukraine - preferred location Vinnytsia Talent Acquisition Specialist Ukraine - preferred location Vinnytsia Requisition Number: 45740 Talent Acquisition Specialist- Ukraine market (can be located in any of the Bunge Ukraine plants premises- Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Harkiv As a TA Specialist in Bunge in Ukraine, you will manage end-to-end recruitments for our Ukraine market - plants and offices, which will be distributed amongst the 2 local recruiters. Be part of the Talent Acquisition for the Central Eastern Europe Region and at bigger level, the Global Bunge Center of Expertise of Talent Acquisition. Our team handles currently recruitment in several countries - Romania, Hungary, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine. As such, you could be involved in local, regional and global activities, with focus on Ukraine market. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Managing full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. Actively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media, job boards and talent pools. Collaborating with business leaders and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and optimize recruitment strategies. Developing employer branding initiatives and implementing branding strategies in the local market. Building partnerships with universities and supporting early talent recruitment activities.
