Analyst Data Strategy Zaandam, NH Requisition Number: 45205 About the Role We are seeking a proactive and influential Data Strategy Analyst to support Bunge's global Food Solutions business. This pivotal role drives strategic decisions and reporting efficiency by delivering trusted, harmonized, and actionable data across regions and functions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead data harmonization initiatives, own key reporting and planning applications, and partner closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams. Your work will directly enable business growth, performance management, and data-driven decision-making on a scale. What does your role entail? ''A Day in the Life' Reconciling new global contract data and providing timely feedback to the BI team to inform the next sprint. Connecting with Asia-based teams to validate monthly BFS results and identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting. Hosting an afternoon training with North American colleagues on loading the new financial forecast. Troubleshooting with Salesforce partners to resolve issues with new IBC categories not updating correctly in SFDC. What You'll Be Responsible For: Data Harmonization & Standards Lead global master data harmonization to ensure consistent metrics, definitions, and reporting language. Establish and enforce data standards (including IBC classifications) across SAP, Salesforce, BI tools, and regional data sources.
