Support business and supply chain analytics by providing ad-hoc and scheduled data extractions, insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting. Conduct complex data analysis, validate results, and produce actionable insights, charts, graphs, and files for stakeholders at various organizational levels. Streamline manual data-gathering processes into automated, one-click reporting solutions across multiple systems and data sources. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, document processes, translate needs into technical specifications, and lead interviews and review sessions. Perform system and regression testing, advise on system change impacts, ensure proposals align with U.S. market strategy, and support issue resolution for reporting and supply chain applications.
