We're headquartered in NYC and offer hybrid NY-based positions (four days/ week in-office, with no required office days during the summer and winter holidays). About the role Betterment at Work is an award winning 401(k) solution that works as hard for your money as you work to earn it. We are seeking ambitious, enthusiastic individuals to join our 401(k) sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting to assist the sales process at the top of the funnel in an activity heavy role. You are a tech-savvy seller who is passionate about working with decision-makers to add a retirement offering to their employee benefits or transition plans from their existing provider.
