Portfolio Management Specialist Job Location - Country India Location: Hybrid - Delhi Position Summary: The Portfolio Management Organization is a key component to Bentley's overall commercial offerings and consumption programs.We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to communicate the value of Bentley's Term Licensing program, SELECT subscription program, and Cloud Services Subscription to our users and colleagues. You will be working with users and colleagues to uncover, evaluate, investigate and negotiate the best possible outcome for Bentley and Bentley's users, as well as serving as an expert internal resource for licensing, usage data analyses, and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Deliver an extremely high level of user service by providing timely information, resolving usage-related issues and creating new business opportunities in the form of product leads and Term License fee payments.Qualify and close transactional inbound and usage-based opportunities. Ability to interpret license utilization/consumption data to successfully drive Term Licenses to payment. Negotiating to satisfactory conclusion, solutions for undersubscription or misunderstanding of Bentley licensing policies. Ensure that accounts are clear on their responsibility to manage their software portfolio to ensure software license compliance. Managing incoming requests to investigate and resolve license utilization and Term License usage queries.
