How You Will Do It Assist Lab management for routine compounding lab activities and technical support Assist lab manager to manage compounding team members to achieve target KPI and team objectives. Monitoring the compounding process at the pilot plant during development or customer sample production. No customer samples will be produced when the process is not robust (e.g., pelletizing issues, die deposit issues, raw material handling or feeding issues, etc.). Deliver process guidelines and onsite support to setup process parameters when there is new process required. Conduct process DOE and provide process guideline for a challenging product to the PD and related function based on requests. Synthesis lab report and share to stakeholders for the key take outs from the internal/ external studies. Conduct and monitor compounding process scale up and plant support Assist lab manager to verify the compounding process window prior to PTO at the plant and sharing the findings with the MTC and operation team.
