Contract Period : 1 Aug 2026 - 31 Dec 2027 * Position summary: -A Customer Service Officer (CSO) plays a critical operational role in ensuring both customer experience and supply reliability by maintaining accuracy and efficiency across the entire Order-to-Delivery process. -Through close collaboration with overseas manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders, the CSO minimizes supply risks and systematically manages customer order processing, invoicing, and returns. -This role requires strong SAP-based operational capabilities and a high level of data accuracy, along with the ability to continuously improve ways of working in an AI and digital automation environment. The position also demands effective problem-solving skills in complex situations involving multiple stakeholders. *Qualifications required: -Demonstrate SAP knowledge especially on MM and VA module -Strong
