The Role: The Senior Manager, Loan Closing is a senior, trusted operator responsible for the end ‑ to ‑ end execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of loan closing activities across primary and secondary markets. This role is designed for a highly experienced loan closing professional who can operate autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and influence direction through expertise rather than hierarchy. The successful candidate will own complex settlement activity, process governance, and control frameworks, while also driving meaningful operational and technology enhancements. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: End‑to‑End Loan Closing Execution Own the accurate and timely settlement of complex, high‑risk, and high‑volume loan trades, acting as both Counterparty and Agent. Serve as a go‑to subject matter expert for LSTA and LMA market practices, ClearPar workflows, and primary/secondary settlement processes, including par and distressed trades. Ensure strict adherence to credit approvals, loan documentation, pricing, limits, and regulatory requirements. Act as a senior escalation point for complex settlement issues, counterparty disputes, and operational incidents. Ownership of Process, Controls & Risk Maintain strong governance over Front Office / Back Office reconciliations, limit monitoring, and breach escalation. Identify,
