Purpose The Senior BSA will play a lead role in the delivery and ongoing evolution of SGWM's Investment Data Hub. You will act as the primary subject matter expert for business requirements and platform capabilities, driving alignment across investment operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders. This role carries significant responsibility for the quality and completeness of the IDH solution, and requires a seasoned professional who can lead complex analysis, challenge design decisions, and mentor junior analysts. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, solution design, and sign-off for Opus EDM workflows, data sourcing configurations, enrichment pipelines, and mastering rules • Define and enforce data governance standards across the IDH, including data lineage documentation, ownership assignment, and data quality thresholds • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (investment management, risk, compliance, finance, operations) and the technical delivery team • Lead UAT planning, test strategy development, and execution; own defect triage, prioritization, and formal sign-off processes
