The Team: Impact is a vendor (Broadridge) hosted, real-time North American fixed income securities processing, clearing, reconciliation, settlement and accounting platform. The Securities & Operations Technology Impact Support team liaises with internal and third-party technology teams and business stakeholders managing the availability and functionality of the North American Fixed Income processing and settlement platform for the Bank. The Role: The Business Analyst Specialist role works both independently and, in a project, team setting to conceptualize, define, document, develop, test, implement and maintain the Broadridge Impact platform. The incumbent works closely with service providers and internal business, technology and operations stakeholders to assist in managing the implementation of important business and regulatory enhancements, and production incidents. Through the execution of the role's duties, the incumbent ensures a high level of customer service consistent with SOT Service Standards, Scotia Service Standards and Complaint Resolution Procedures.
