Location: Washington D.C. area ideal location, but open to remote. ~50% Travel Reports to: SVP of Federal Your Impact As Axon's Federal Strategic Account Executive, you will lead the strategy, positioning, and sale of Axon's full technology ecosystem across key Federal accounts. This role focuses on enabling federal law enforcement agencies to modernize operations, enhance transparency, and deliver safer outcomes for the communities they serve. You will own the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans, shape complex opportunities, and drive adoption of Axon's mission-critical solutions. Working closely with product leaders, technical experts, and federal stakeholders, you will design and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards for reliability, security, scalability, and user experience. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of the federal market, the ability to navigate complex buying environments, and the drive to win large, strategic programs that advance our customers' missions.
