Sales Development Representative Cebu, Philippines About the Position: We are seeking a highly driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support partner's sales organization. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, data discovery, and qualification. The SDR will engage prospects via phone and email, gather key business and technical information, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a high‑activity role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a structured sales process. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Outreach - Make 80-100 outbound phone calls per day to prospects across assigned accounts and campaigns - Send follow‑up and outbound emails aligned to call activity and sales motions - Execute call and email cadences consistently and professionally Discovery & Qualification - Conduct discovery with prospects - Capture accurate notes and findings in the CRM - Qualify prospects against defined criteria before scheduling meetings Appointment Setting - Book qualified meetings directly onto the sales team's calendar - Ensure meetings are properly documented with clear context and notes - Set expectations with prospects on meeting purpose and next steps CRM & Data Management - Maintain accurate and timely updates in Microsoft Dynamics - Log all call activity, emails, notes, and outcomes - Keep lead and contact data clean, complete, and up to date Required Experience & Skills Core Requirements - 2-5 years of Sales Development or Business Development experience - Proven experience in a high‑volume outbound calling environment - Comfortable making 80-100 calls per day -
