Product Manager (Technical) Singapore Product Manager (Technical) Skillsets: General a. Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyse user requirements and resolve complex technical issues with deep domain and architecture expertise. b. Ability to prioritise maintainability, reliability, security, and scalability alongside product delivery, balancing immediate delivery with long-term quality. c. Experience participating in roadmap and backlog discussions, providing technical input, surfacing complexity trade-offs, and communicating technical considerations effectively to non-engineering stakeholders to influence product and technical planning decisions. d. Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges and recommend solutions that drive optimal product value. e. Results- and customer-oriented. f. Team player with strong organisation and people-handling skills. g. Experience working with UX, Data, and other functions to support cross-functional delivery and drive alignment. h. Demonstrated ability to lead and guide software engineering teams, mentoring peers and supporting team development. i. Drive continuous improvement, help foster a culture of learning and growth, and champion collaborative team practices. j. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing project requirements whilst maintaining focus on system quality and team standards. Technical a. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software/application development, gained through roles such as software development, application management, systems implementation, or technical leadership. b. Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages. c.
