As a Partner Technical Success Manager at AvePoint, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners and their customers derive maximum value from our product stack. We'll support your journey with continuous training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a technical resource and authority on AvePoint software and solutions, educating partners and solving problems during trial and deployment stages. - Be readily available for partners, responding to queries within 24 hours and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the setup and delivery process. - Assist partners with the setup of Elements platform and trials of solutions within the platform. - Ensure Partner Internal Use Rights (IURs) are set up and configured correctly. - Run demonstrations of key Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions to long tail MSPs in collaboration
