This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of educational technology infrastructure and enhance the learning experience of more than 450,000 students and 35,000 education professionals. As a Senior / IT Infra Engineer focusing on Collaboration Tools, you will oversee the development and management of large-scale productivity solutions from initial conceptualization and design to post-production monitoring. You will be the primary architect for our collaboration platforms, managing a blended enterprise environment with a heavy specialization in the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem and Google Workspace. Your mission is to ensure optimal performance, security, and seamless collaboration across the organization by expertly managing SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Key Responsibilities Technical Execution & Engineering - Deep M365 Administration: Develop, deploy, and manage the M365 and Google Workspace collaboration suite, diving deep into SharePoint Online (site architecture, intranet solutions, document management), Microsoft Teams (governance policies, channel management, voice/video integration), and OneDrive for Business (storage allocation, synchronization troubleshooting, data lifecycle). - Migration & Modernization: Plan and lead large-scale infrastructure transformation efforts, specifically executing migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online .
