About this role

Change Management Consultant Singapore Overview AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with enterprise software solutions experience to join us in our Client Services division. What will you be doing? Your job is to implement change management for our digital transformation and modern workplace projects to smoothly transition our customers through the change and improving the adoption rate at the same time. You will work with our customers in defining strategic and viable change management plans tailor made to the nature of the project, build collaterals, and perform activities to realize the plan. Your responsibilities will include : • Overseeing and leading any change management track of projects, including the researching, implementation, and assessment from start to finish. • Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including customer management and leadership. • Ensuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resources. • Long term relationship building with both clients and colleagues. • Ability to acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectation. • Frame user journeys by identifying pain points and areas for improvement • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives • Create User Guide / Documentation that evolves with the program, incorporating feedback and learnings from initial rollouts and local needs. • Assess the impact of change to identify the impact and effects changes on organizational processes, systems, and people, and identify potential
