Scope of service - Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product - Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the Salesforce implementation in agile setting. - Proficient in creating functional and non-functional user stories with acceptance criteria - Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint review and retrospective) with Product Team - Work with Product Team to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely. - Design and develop test plans and test cases based on the documented requirements and acceptance criteria - Perform functional, regression, integration testing and user acceptance testing - Conduct both manual and automated testing - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure software quality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. -
