We're searching for a driven, highly organized HR Generalist . As an HR Generalist, you will act as the initial point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, maintain accurate records of employee data and policies, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and support audits and compliance requirements. This role reports to our Director of People Operations, Systems, and Analytics (POSA). As a member of the POSA team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape company-wide processes, influence Aurora's culture, and support employees of all levels and teams.
