We're looking for a highly driven Pre-Sales Lead to build and scale a high-performing pre-sales function at Atlys. You will be responsible for driving lead conversion, managing a team of pre-sales associates, optimizing customer engagement processes, and ensuring prospective travelers receive an exceptional first experience with Atlys. The Job - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Pre-Sales Associates to consistently achieve conversion and revenue targets. - Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel, from lead qualification through conversion and handoff to fulfillment teams. - Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics while coaching team members to improve effectiveness. - Develop and implement playbooks, scripts, and best practices to enhance customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails. - Analyze lead behavior, customer feedback, and conversion data to identify opportunities for process improvements. - Partner with Product, Guest Delight and Operations teams to surface customer insights and improve the overall customer journey. -
