You will oversee daily breakdowns, mentor staff and collaborate with production and the quality team to hit targets. Key Accountabilities Ensure optimum plant and equipment efficiency while minimising downtime. Responsible for the people agenda including communication, performance management, training and development. Optimise maintenance management procedures and PPM schedules to improve site performance. Develop cost reduction initiatives and undertake small capital projects as required. Conduct root cause analysis for major or repeating breakdowns and train the team to do the same. Work closely with production staff to achieve daily targets and update them on engineering task
