In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of webinars and virtual events delivered to global audiences. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where operational excellence, process quality, and measurable business impact are key priorities. What will you be doing? In this role, your responsibilities will include: Planning and executing live webinars and virtual events end‑to‑end, including event setup, registration, live production, recording, and post‑event follow‑up Managing event logistics on virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar tools, ensuring a seamless attendee and speaker experience Building and coordinating emails, coordinating event invitations and registrations, including audience segmentation, reminders, and real‑time registration monitoring Training and supporting internal and external speakers through platform guidance, rehearsals, and live technical moderation during events Acting as a virtual events platform administrator, maintaining templates, access, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving engagement features such as polling, Q&A, or captions Managing a global virtual events calendar and collaborating with regional marketing teams across different time zones Coordinating with external agencies and vendors when additional production support is required, including budget and delivery oversight Tracking event performance and preparing post‑event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead or pipeline attribution What are we looking
