This role serves as an advisor and operational leader, driving the execution and governance of enterprise compensation programs. This role partners with HR and business leaders to develop competitive and compliant compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, while providing data-driven insights and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: - Act as an advisor to HR team and/or business leader on compensation strategies that reward talent that drives business impact with market competitiveness balanced with cost sustainability for the enterprise. - Manage various compensation programs and processes, that include, but are not limited to the annual year-end cycle, pay equity reviews, program enrollments. - Leverage data modeling and dashboards to generate actionable insights from large compensation datasets, ensuring high-quality data analysis to inform pay decisions and strategies. - Provide job offer decision support and recommendations to HR partners. - Design and implement training materials and communications to educate HR partners and colleagues on compensation programs, policies, and practices. - Demonstrate strong project management skills by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and controls. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual support.
