Compensation Business Partner (Hybrid/Remote role based in Reston, Virginia) Reston, VA COMPENSATION ANALYST ICF is seeking a Compensation Business Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role is well-suited for professionals building their experience in compensation business partnering and looking to grow within a collaborative, data-driven compensation team. We are looking for a Compensation professional who enjoys solving complex pay challenges, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Compensation Business Analyst will support our Corporate Business Services teams by providing end-to-end client service on compensation-related matters. The Compensation Business Analyst will also be responsible for completing salary surveys, supporting the annual salary increase cycle, and monitoring compliance requirements. This position is based out of our Reston, Virginia headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of working on‑site several days per week and the remainder remotely. About this position: Support a dedicated business group as the primary compensation partner, building trusted relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor on compensation-related matters Build consultative and collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and business leaders on compensation programs and initiatives Provide guidance on solutions for a wide variety of compensation matters, including job offers, out-of-cycle increases, promotions, retention agreements, etc., ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective solutions Complete salary surveys by understanding job matching guidelines and benchmarking to ensure accurate data submissions Support proposal pricing requests by mapping job descriptions to internal job architecture Monitor state and
