THE ROLE This is a critical role, with expectations unleveled for broader architectural influence, technical leadership, and impact on Arc's evolving AI-native financial platform. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own major components across our cash management, treasury, and AI automation systems-designing for reliability, scale, safety, and speed. You'll work directly with Arc's Head of Engineering, and partner cross-functionally with leadership, product, data, and security to build the intelligence layer that powers business finance.
