Partner Development Manager Herzliya Partner Development Manager Global Partnerships · Full-Time ROLE OBJECTIVE As a Partner Development Manager at AppsFlyer, you'll own the most important relationships in our partner ecosystem - working with top-tier media partners to build strategies that drive real, mutual growth. This isn't an account management role. You'll think like an owner: setting the direction, leading the execution, and making sure every partnership creates measurable impact for our mutual customers. You'll need to get deep into our product - understanding the measurement, analytics, and attribution capabilities that matter to partners - and translate that into business value on both sides of the table. If you love operating at the intersection of product, strategy, and commercial outcomes, this role was built for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and own end-to-end partnership strategies with top-tier media partners and platforms, driving alignment between their goals and ours. - Develop a thorough understanding of each partner's business - their product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, competitive pressures, and growth levers. - Map and navigate partner organizations effectively, building trusted relationships at multiple levels from commercial teams to product and engineering stakeholders. - Drive adoption of AppsFlyer solutions among mutual customers through joint initiatives, enablement programs, and co-selling motions. - Identify, plan, and execute collaboration opportunities - joint marketing, thought leadership, shared industry research, co-developed solutions. - Own project management across global partnership initiatives: set clear milestones, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable on both sides. - Translate complex product and technical concepts into
