About this role
New Production and Marketing Counsel Culver City, United States of America Apple's Original Content Legal team is looking for an exceptional attorney to provide studio relations strategy, production, and some marketing legal services. In this role, you will serve as legal counsel for a range of Apple's original content offerings, including fitness, wellness, and emerging technologies. You'll draft, negotiate, and review a variety of production and service agreements, help to establish legal policies, and advise on marketing aspects. The Original Content Legal team is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, marketing, and distribution of television and films, fitness content, and initiatives around new media innovation that merge technology with content. In this role, you will collaborate across Apple - partnering with the content, operations, product design, social media, creative, marketing, legal, business affairs, finance, production, and retail teams - to oversee the legal aspects of production, ecosystem activation, and marketing for original video content worldwide. You will also work on content strategy and policy development with the various legal teams that help support production holistically. Minimum Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant experience. Ideal candidate will have experience at a law firm, television network, streaming service, fitness content platform/provider and/or major/mini-major film studio/media company in most of the following areas: production; marketing; social media strategy and policy building; live events; and contract drafting and negotiation.
