About You We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team of HR Business Partners. This person will support our Technology team and be a key HR contact for employees and leaders in Canada and some US locations. The ideal candidate has sharp HR instincts and is capable of coaching and supporting leaders at all levels (from manager to SVP), while having a proven track record of turning HR strategies into deliverables. As the HR Business Partner for Engineering, you'll work closely with the leaders to identify the HR priorities and develop HR recommendations that support business objectives. You will also develop a deep understanding for the Engineering team cultures, which will allow you to advocate for your division's objectives and realities in the design of corporate HR programs, and to provide relevant context to your peers in the identification of company-wide HR priorities.
