Responsibilities of this role This role will provide the candidate an opportunity to drive the EMEA/UK regional strategy for our Policy & Fee Contract Management products for our new Commercial Risk Solutions ecosystem. Overarching responsibilities include helping to strengthen our delivery team, defining the strategy and backlog for delivering global and country-specific requirements, and overseeing delivery as part of a global strategic multi-workstream programme. On a day-to-day level this will require the candidate to: Engage country-level Broking Operations teams to understand the gap between the current solution and local business practice and regulation. Refine the vision and roadmap for a global Policy & Fee Contract Management capability by enhancing the feature offerings catering for various country broking strategies.
