What the day will look like Support day-to-day occupational health and safety activities. Register reported hazards and incidents, and help gather basic documentation. Maintain H&S records (trainings, inspections, checklists) and assist with simple reports. Assist in gathering information for accident investigations and in tracking corrective actions defined by senior specialists. format, publish, and distribute H&S policies, procedures, and instructions. Coordinate logistics for H&S trainings and support H&S onboarding for new employees. Assist employees with basic ergonomic and workstation setup. Cooperate with HR, Facilities, Administration, and Security on day‑to‑day H&S tasks. Support H&S communication and internal safety / wellbeing campaigns.
