About this role
Construction Claims Consultant Los Angeles, California Join our Construction & Infrastructure claims team as a Construction Claims Consultant based in Los Angeles. In this client-facing position, you'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and coordinating liability claims with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. Your efforts will be central to evaluating claims, organizing case details, and ensuring effective communication and timely resolutions. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both virtually and from our LA office. What the day will look like: Your day typically starts with reviewing overnight updates on active liability claims and prioritizing those needing immediate attention. You'll spend significant time interacting with clients-addressing questions, providing updates, offering strategic guidance, and collaborating with your workers compensation advocate counterpart to get a full view of each client's claims profile. Midday could involve working with internal Aon teams to tackle broader client inquiries and making sure clients are connected to the right subject matter experts. A big focus of this role is advocating for our clients to receive the broadest policy benefits and TPA and insurer adjuster service available.
