This role is based out of our beautiful, New York City office, located in the Financial District. Your Impact as an Account Manager II The Account Manager handles key Aon processes that serve clients. You are responsible for helping manage client relationships, for the internal processes and communication that contribute to the value delivered to clients. Account Specialists are required to have the ability to maintain relationships between the Client, the Account Executive and the Brokers. Job Responsibilities: Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing. When not performed within a broking unit, collects and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions with the Brokerage Unit. Handles client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests. Captures and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation. Actively supports and supervises the renewal process. At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.
