What the day will look like The Global Industry Leader for the Industrial and Manufacturing sector is responsible for developing and delivering a strategic growth plan for the industry vertical. They build strong client relationships and lead business development initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the industry strategy across all client segments and regions, partnering with colleagues across business lines to harness broader Aon relationships to drive growth. Develop and Implement Industry Growth Strategy: Define and implement a strategic plan to expand market share within the vertical, including identifying market opportunities and setting clear objectives. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key client partners, understanding their business challenges and proactively identifying ways the firm can add new value.
