Director, Compensation Programs New York, New York, USA We are seeking a strategic and analytical, forward-thinking Director, Compensation Programs to lead the design, implementation, and management of global compensation strategies across a fast-paced, high growth landscape. This role will ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives, enabling us to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. What you'll do: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity Oversee end-to-end compensation operations, including annual cycles (merit, bonus, promotions, equity refresh) and incentive plan management Drive market competitiveness and pay equity through benchmarking, analytics, and continuous program evaluation Ensure compliance with compensation regulations while monitoring industry trends and evolving best practices Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, while building and leading a high-performing compensation team Who you are: 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles and global or multi-region program management Deep expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and incentive programs Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills,
