About the Role: Aon New Zealand is seeking an Account Executive to support and grow our specialist Professional Risks scheme portfolio, delivering tailored insurance solutions for clients in the professional services sector. This role plays a key part in ensuring continuity of service, meeting regulatory and documentation standards, and supporting high‑quality client outcomes. In this position, you will manage day‑to‑day account activity for an allocated group of scheme clients - including renewals, mid‑term adjustments, policy enquiries, and claims while also supporting a broader portfolio where senior colleagues hold primary relationships. A strong understanding of professional risk products, particularly professional indemnity insurance, is essential to ensuring solutions are aligned to the unique risk profiles and regulatory needs of professional services firms. You will also contribute to identifying and developing new scheme opportunities, working closely with internal teams, insurers, and key external collaborators to deliver better outcomes for clients and the business.
