About this role
Testing Technician Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Testing Technician is responsible for the day-to-day calibration and troubleshooting of instruments. The successful candidate must independently coordinate the order and priority of instruments to be calibrated / troubleshot based on current open sales order lists and / or production schedules. This person will also become the process owner and will cross-train others as required. This person will document calibration results and will work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues that may arise. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Hands-On calibration technician responsible for the forward production flow of all systems spanning the entire product line Manage the workflow for 2 products in conjunction with the production schedule Cross Training of additional technician resources as required Process ownership for Instrument calibration and quality output result Provide timely and accurate feedback to the Manufacturing Engineering and Sustaining Engineering groups for collective analysis and trend identification Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with experience calibrating complex products and sub-assemblies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have demonstrated ability to read and follow assembly and test procedures Microsoft Office Suite expertise Must have effective cross functional communications skills Fami
