Structural Assembler Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite As a Structural Assembler at TMC Vibration Control, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies to precise specifications. You will work closely with the production and engineering teams, ensuring that all products are built to the highest standards of quality and performance. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and have a keen attention to detail, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our production team. Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Use hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks such as fastening, aligning, and fitting parts together. Inspect and test components to ensure they meet specifications and function as intended. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the care and maintenance of tools and equipment. Keep accurate records of work performed, including any adjustments or modifications to parts or assemblies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline assembly processes and enhance productivity.
